Do I need a CSP license to start?
Not on the Launcher plan. Africa's Talking provides the carrier access under their license — you resell under our umbrella. On the Operator and Enterprise plans, you connect your own direct carrier credentials.
How does the 14-day trial work?
Your trial begins after your first payment is confirmed. You get 14 days on the full platform before your regular billing cycle. Cancel before renewal and you won't be charged again.
Why do you verify business registration?
We're a licensed CSP and Data Controller under Kenyan law. We're required to know who we're provisioning infrastructure for — a KRA PIN certificate or business registration document takes 2 minutes to upload and keeps everyone compliant.
What payment methods are accepted?
M-Pesa, bank transfer, and card payments via PesaPal. All payments are in KES. No USD billing, no hidden conversion fees.
How long does my platform take to go live?
After payment confirmation and document verification, your platform provisions automatically — typically under 3 minutes. Point your DNS records and you're accepting traffic.
Can I use USSD and surveys on the Launcher plan?
Yes. The USSD menu builder and SMS survey engine are included on all plans. You build the logic; we provide the platform and the shortcode infrastructure.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately — your existing data and carrier connections carry over. Downgrades apply at the next billing cycle.
What happens if my subscription lapses?
You receive warning emails at 7, 3, and 1 day before expiry. After the grace period, your platform is suspended — your data is never deleted, and you can reactivate at any time.
